What Bicycle Servicing Covers

Every service starts with a mechanical inspection so we can see what your bicycle needs before any work begins. That helps separate urgent repairs from optional maintenance and keeps the scope easy to understand.

Our workshop offers safety inspections, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. If replacement parts are needed, they are quoted separately after compatibility is checked.

Urban Velo handles general bicycle servicing with a focus on practical checks, careful adjustments, and clear next steps.

We use a fixed labour package after the initial inspection, and additional work is only carried out with approval. Turnaround depends on the condition of the bicycle and the parts required, so we confirm a realistic collection time once the inspection is complete.

A written inspection summary is available, along with a service summary at collection. This makes it easier to understand what was adjusted, what was repaired, and what may need attention later.
