How General Bicycle Servicing Works
A good service starts with a proper mechanical inspection. We check the bicycle first, explain what we find, and separate urgent repairs from optional maintenance before any work begins.
Our general servicing covers brake adjustment, gear and drivetrain service, puncture and tyre repair, and standard tune-up work. Replacement parts are quoted separately after compatibility is confirmed.

We do not promise a final repair price before inspection, and we only confirm completion timing after the bicycle has been assessed. If additional work is needed, it is approved before we continue.
After the repair and adjustment stage, we complete a quality check and provide a written service summary at collection. This helps riders understand what was done and what may need attention later.
